A couple weeks ago Justin was in his college roomate (David's) wedding in Seattle. I've never been and it's been a long time since Justin has, so we decided to take a couple extra days and enjoy the city. Justin's parents kept Addyson so we could enjoy a little time away just the two of us. We had such a great time together walking around and exploring! It was great to have a little "baby moon" before Riley comes next month! We arrived around lunch time, went and picked up Justin's tux, checked into our hotel and hit Pike's Market. We had a great time looking at all the things that are all grown or made in Seattle-or the state of Washington. The fresh fruit was AMAZING! It was fun to look at all the fresh fish and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Then, we took the monorail over to the space needle! Seattle is so beautiful with the mountains and the ocean and the city! That night we decided to take a trip to Safeco stadium and watch Ken Griffey Jr. play! He is Justin's favorite baseball player and so we were excited to get to see the Mariner's play. We paid $8 for cheap seats and then made our way down to some GREAT seats! We planned to only watch him bat and then leave because we were so exhausted. He batted fourth and to top it off, he hit a bomb homerun and brought three runs in! It was great! We left shortly afterwards b/c we were really cold and exhausted from traveling and a long day.
